Welcome.
I’m CranioDad.
I’m a father of four, a husband to a woman far better than I deserve, a writer who keeps circling back to the page, and a streamer who occasionally presses pause. Sometimes on purpose, sometimes because life insists.
Like many journeys, mine started with questions. Some felt urgent, some were scary, and a few were full of wonder. One of my children was born with craniosynostosis, and learning to be the dad she needed changed how I see fatherhood. That experience still shapes how I live, but it’s not the only story here.
This space is about raising kids. All of them.
About showing up, paying attention, and doing the best we can with the time we’re given.
Life is a messy collection of moments. Some are planned, but most are not. People capture them in photos, videos, voice notes, or timelines. For me, it’s always been words. Writing helps me slow down and notice what’s happening. Lately, I’ve added streaming and broadcasting as another way to share parts of a life that is still unfolding, still imperfect, and still interesting.
Here you’ll find reflections, half-finished thoughts, humor, frustration, gratitude, and sometimes a bit of wisdom. These stories are meant for my kids someday, as much as for anyone reading now. They are small pieces of time my kids might look back on and say, this is how Dad saw it.
Because in the end, our children are the only legacy that really matters.
Everything else is just noise and sand slipping through the hourglass.
Writing pauses. Streaming pauses. Life rarely does.
For now, this space is quiet. It’s updated when possible and always honest when it appears.
Look around. Read what resonates. Question what doesn’t.
If you see something of yourself reflected here, let me know.
Live big.
Love bigger.
Be kind. Always.
